The first winery in the Great Southern wine region which has been producing premium quality wines since 1975.

During your visit to Mount Barker it is definately worthwhile taking a drive down the picturesque St Werburgh's Road, and then on to Windrush Wines, one of our favourite wineries. They also have a great restaurant.
Galafrey
A family owned business where all wines are dry grown. An impressive cellar door and breathtaking views.
Trappers Gully
Sit back and enjoy wonderful wines with a great cheese platter.
Poachers Ridge
One of WA's most beautiful wineries. Wine, views, a welcoming log fire.........and in the summer relax on the deck.
Gilberts
Wine Cafe. Great wine and great food.
Local Resturants
There are lots of fantastic place to grab a bite to eat near Rayanne. Menu's for all these wonderful eateries are available in the Rayanne guest lounge.
The Station House Cafe
Our original Station House now tastefully converted into a cafe, for breakfast, lunch or evening meal. BYO (no corkage) check out their daily specials, and you have to try the Citrus Tart.
Mt Barker Country Bakery
Recently relocated to wonderful new premises just 1k from Rayanne this amazing bakery and cafe has something for everyone.
The Plantagenet Hotel
Drop in and say hi to Vic and Marg. a pub full of character and memorabillia, famous for its Sunday Night Roast and Mount Barker chicken. Sit out in the stunning courtyard all year round.

Authentic Wood Fired Pizza to take away or to eat in. A little bit of Italy in Mount Barker.

If you havent got time to get to all our wineries, why not drop in at the Mt Barker Hotel, their well stocked bottle shop showcases the wines of the area. There is also a "top" restaurant and TAB.

The Bretzel
Owners Petra and Michael serve fantastic food with a continetal flair. Friday nights are a favourite with locals, when Michael makes his famous pizza's. Homemade German bread and cakes freshly baked on the premises.
Maleeya's Thai Cafe
Just a short drive away visit Maleeya's for authentic Thai food. Booking is essential. If you have a few extra minutes, why not visit their Bamboo and Palm nursery with over 200 species of bamboo in the bamboo garden, you might even spot a highland cow!
